WELCOME TO YEAR 1

Our topic for term 5 is How Does Your Garden Grow?

PE is on Mondays and Fridays - please make sure your child has their named PE kit in school at all times. Swimming will commence in Week 2 on Fridays.

Please hear your child read as much as possible as it really does help.

Homework: Please check your child’s reading record for their latest spellings. Weekly homework will be set in your child’s home learning book and will include Phonics practice tasks and we would appreciate your help with these. Mathletics tasks are set weekly if you would like to complete these and earn certificates. Thank you for your continued support.

If you have queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to come in and see us.

Miss Smith, Mrs Rainer, Mrs Gill & Mr Greenwood
